中国水产科学研究院珠江水产研究所成功构建首张鳜高密度遗传连锁图谱

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp珠江所叶星研究员团队近日完成了首张翘嘴鳜(Siniperca&nbspchuatsi)高密度遗传连锁图谱的构建,并对其生长与性别性状进行了QTL定位。

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp翘嘴鳜是我国重要的淡水养殖名贵鱼类,年产量约30万吨。但由于长期人工繁殖过程中忽视对亲本的选育,导致种质退化,出现生长速度下降、性成熟提前与抗病力差等问题,因此急需培育快长和抗病力强的优良品种,以支撑鳜养殖业的健康可持续发展。构建遗传连锁图谱对定位与抗病、生长和性别决定等重要数量性状相关的基因与标记具有重要意义。本研究利用ddRAD-Seq技术,构建了首张翘嘴鳜遗传连锁图谱。该图谱包含3283个多态的SNP标记,分布在24个连锁群上。图谱总长度1972.01&nbspcM,标记间平均间隔0.61&nbspcM。与性别决定显著相关的5个位点分布在同一连锁群(LG23)上,它们成簇分布在LG23上的60.27-68.71cM之间。而与翘嘴鳜生长性状显著相关的11个QTL位点则分布在4个不同的连锁群上。该图谱的构建为翘嘴鳜重要性状相关的基因与标记的进一步定位提供有价值的资源,性别相关标记的鉴定将有助于单性苗种的培育及性别决定机制的研究,并将有助于翘嘴鳜基因组序列的组装。
